However, the most effective strategy of dealing with blue light is by turning off the
TV or going offline early enough before the bedtime (a few hours before going to
bed). This way you ensure that the blue light won’t disturb your ability to fall to sleep
and get plenty of sleep.

If you want to take things further, list the things you are grateful for in your job. You
can then read the list and say thank you silently in your mind.
Be an example for your kids, friends and neighbourns , with vigilant atention, self suficiency in your food, resources, techniques, actions, energy, learning, health and wealth.
